1. Connect your headset

Plug your headset into this computer with a USB cable, then connect below. Put on your headset and allow the connection when asked.

Need help connecting?

Turn on developer mode and USB debugging in your headset settings. The steps depend on your headset brand.
Use a USB cable that supports data transfer, not just charging.
Keep the headset awake and accept the Allow USB debugging prompt inside it.
Close other headset tools, such as SideQuest or Meta Quest Developer Hub, then try again.

For advanced users: stop any desktop adb server with adb kill-server.

We choose the recommended settings when you connect. Change the model only if needed.

The recommended settings work for most headsets. Only change these if you are familiar with scrcpy.

Choose an Android app file (.apk) from your computer to install on your headset. Only install apps from sources you trust.

About installing apps

Keep your headset connected and this page open until installation finishes. Updating an app keeps its existing data.

After installation, find the app in your headset's app library. On Meta Quest, look under Unknown Sources.

Choose a single .apk file. App bundles (.apks, .xapk and .aab) are not supported.
